Inclement weather charges during the Fall/Winter months an additional $300.00.  That amount may be reimbursed  if the burial company does not charge the cemetery the additional fee.

Less than 72 -hour Notice…………$300.00 (November 1 – April 1 only)

After Hours

Monday – Friday if burial is after 3pm……….$75.00/30 min.

Saturday if burial is after 2:30pm…………….$100.00/30min.

Sunday if burial is after 2pm……………………$125.00/30 min.

Disposition papers and payment must be received before the planned funeral date.

 

CEMETERY CLEAN-UP SCHEDULE

Roscoe Township Cemeteries will have a clean-up session every year, always on the same dates. Spring clean-up is the last two weeks of April from the 15th to the 30th. Fall clean-up is the last two weeks of October from the 15th to the 31st.

Patrons should remove any items they wish to keep before April 15th for spring clean-up, and before October 15th for fall clean-up.

New decorations may be placed May 1st and November 1st.

Cemetery staff removes decorations, artificial flowers and items not allowed. Planters and shepherd hooks are not removed if still in serviceable condition. Live plants in planters won’t be removed if not withered or dead. American flags not serviceable are removed.

Flags will be placed for Veterans one week before Memorial Day and stay up through July 4th.
